Recruiter - technical hiring (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
