Recruiter - technical hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Quill Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
