Recruiter - technical hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Amber Property Management manages apartment communities around St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
