Recruiter - technical hiring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Staffing Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
