Recruiter - technical hiring (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Solutions and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
