Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Hollow Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
