Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Harbor Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
