Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
