Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Nova Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
