Recruiter - technical hiring (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Vale Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
