Recruiter - technical hiring (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
