Recruiter - technical hiring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Insurance Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
