Recruiter - technical hiring (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
