Recruiter - technical hiring (San Jose, CA)

Summit Lakeside Health Group is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
