Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Financial and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
