Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Harbor Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
