Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Forge Legal Group provides legal services in San Diego across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
