Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook North Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
