Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Granite Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Diego. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
