Recruiter - technical hiring (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
