Recruiter - technical hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Antonio with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
