Recruiter - technical hiring (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Haven Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
