Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
