Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Quill Legal Group is a Salt Lake City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
