Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
