Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Rowan Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Salt Lake City, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
