Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
