Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Salt Lake City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
