Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Salt Lake City across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
