Recruiter - technical hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
