Recruiter - technical hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Bluepeak Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Sacramento area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
