Recruiter - technical hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Iron Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
