Recruiter - technical hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Drift Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Sacramento, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 859 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
