Recruiter - technical hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Sacramento. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
