Recruiter - technical hiring (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Union Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
