Recruiter - technical hiring (Richmond, VA)

Ironwood Sable Staffing is a Richmond staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
