Recruiter - technical hiring (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Rook Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
