Recruiter - technical hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Amber Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
