Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
