Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
