Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Cedar Haven Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Reno. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people based in Reno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
