Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Bright Birch Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Reno with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 607 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
