Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Northwind Birch Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in Reno. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training.
