Recruiter - technical hiring (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Pine Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
