Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
