Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
