Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Detroit serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
