Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Facilities Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
