Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
