Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Wilder Property Management looks after rental homes across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 674 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
